Municorn Limited (“Municorn”, “we” or “us”) operates Intermittent Fasting Tracker mobile application, and all related services, features and content offered by Municorn (collectively, the “App”).

CANCELLATION BASED ON OUR POLICY

Cancellation and refund procedures vary depending on how you subscribed to the App.

  1. Subscriptions Purchased via our website

If you are not satisfied with Municorn, you may cancel your subscription and request a full refund.

To be eligible, please ensure the following criteria are met:

  • Timing: Contact us within 30 days of your initial purchase date and before the end of your subscription term. Please note that no refunds will be issued after 30 days.

Once we receive your refund application, we will notify you via email regarding the approval status. Refunds will be processed using your original payment method and typically take around 14 days to complete.

Please note:

  • To avoid renewal charges, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
  • Deleting the App does not automatically cancel your subscription. Ensure you cancel the subscription prior to deleting the App.
  • We reserve the right to deny refunds if we believe the refund policy is being misused or if we suspect fraud or other misconduct.
  1. Subscriptions Purchased via App Distribution Platforms:

If you have purchased a subscription via any app distribution platform (App Store, Google Play, etc.):

  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription via your app distribution platform. For this, reach out to Apple, Google, or the respective app distribution platform directly with any refund requests.
  • Apple: Apple typically honors all refund requests within 30 days of the purchase date, at their discretion. Customers who subscribed through iTunes should contact Apple directly at Apple Support.
  • Google Play: Customers who subscribed through Google Play should follow instructions at Google Play Support.

EU / UK NOTE: INFORMATION ABOUT THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Right of Withdrawal:

If you have not consented to the immediate start of your subscription, you retain the right to withdraw from it. The following details explain how to exercise this right:

  • Withdrawal Period: You have the right to withdraw from your purchase agreement within 14 calendar days without providing any reason. This period expires 14 calendar days after the purchase date.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Certain items are non-refundable:

  • lifetime subscription.

You lose your right of withdrawal in respect of the above items if the performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
